We want you to be happy with StoVoo. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to subscription plans and one-off purchases made through stovoo.com.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for our orders. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at hello@stovoo.com with your order number and we will help you raise the refund with Paddle.

Refunds are normally returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account or via paddle.net. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.

Vendor sales on StoVoo

For purchases of meal plans, catering or digital products from independent vendors hosted on StoVoo, the vendor’s own refund policy may also apply for fulfilment-related issues (e.g. a missed delivery). Paddle remains the Merchant of Record and will assist with refund processing.
