We want you to be happy with StoVoo. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to subscription plans and one-off purchases made through stovoo.com.

How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@stovoo.com with your order number and the reason for your request. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Refunds are normally returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time from your account billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period remains active until it ends.

Vendor sales on StoVoo

For purchases of meal plans, catering or digital products from independent vendors hosted on StoVoo, the vendor’s own refund policy may also apply for fulfilment-related issues (e.g. a missed delivery). Contact the vendor directly first; if unresolved, email hello@stovoo.com and we will help.
